Active Trips Japan was founded in 2011. The founder, Toshie Olbery lives in Furano Hokkaido year around and has extensive work experience in ski / hospitality industries.

Active Trips Japan is a Hokkaido prefecture registered travel agent No. 3-609, and is in compliance with the Travel Agency Law in Japan. Active Trips has deposited Business Guarantee Bonds in Asahikawa Legal Affairs Bureau to meet the requirements of the Travel Agency Law in Japan. This Bond provides security for money paid over by customers in the event of Active Trips Japan's insolvency.

The following information is displayed in order to comply with the Specified Commercial Transaction Law in Japan, which regulates on-line commercial transactions for consumer protection. The law only applies to purchasers residing in Japan.
